We treat the privacy of our clients and the people who complete our surveys extremely seriously!

When establishing a relationship with a client we detail expectations about how information and data will be used, what kind of information will be collected, how results will be reported, and what information we will retain after completion of a project.

Participation by individuals in Voice surveys is often anonymous and will say so on the first page of your survey. If a survey is anonymous, no identifying information about individuals is collected during the survey. You will not be required to provide your name or any other information that may directly identify you. If participation in a Voice survey is not anonymous, this will be made extremely clear on the first page of the survey. In which case, you will be told exactly what information will be collected, how the information will be used, and who will have access to the information.
