Voice Project Client Report November 2011
Every 6 months we practice what we preach by surveying our clients who have just completed their Voice Survey projects. We are thrilled with the positive feedback we received from the latest survey.
We received responses from 37 people from 27 client organisations representing 61% of all organisations we worked with durring the six months covered by the survey.
We are grateful that the feedback from our clients continues to be positive. Consistent with previous results:
- 97% of clients reported overall satisfaction with services received.
- 97% reported they would be willing to recommend Voice Project to other organisations.
- and 97% reported they are likely to still be working with Voice Project in 2 years time.
