Employee Engagement and Key Drivers

Dr Louise Parkes, Senior Consultant at Voice Project, presented at the Voice Project/Infosys HR Networking Breakfast in March. Louise discussed the research into the drivers of Employee Engagement in Australia from over 2000 organisations who have completed the Voice Project Engagement Survey.

Some of the key drivers include: belief in the purpose and values of the organisation; participation and involvement in decision‐making; and visible progress toward organisational goals.
