Leadership and Coaching Breakfast
Following the popularity of previous breakfast events, in May 2011, Voice
Project hosted another successful breakfast - Maximising Return from Leadership
360s and Coaching.
This year's event featured Dr Travis Kemp's (MD, The Teleran Group) presentation on the critical precursors for successful coaching, and Dr Peter Langford's (Director, Voice Project) presentation on the leadership competencies most strongly associated with employee engagement and other performance outcomes.
Over 160 people attended the breadfast. Attendees included senior managers, HR/OD practicioners, and coaching/consulting specialists. In addition to hosting the Sydney breakfast, we repeated the event for our Melbourne-based partners and clients, and officially announced the launch of our Melbourne office.
