This question was the theme of the 2011 ACSA National Conference, held in September. As part of the proceedings, one of our Senior Consultants, Dr Louise Parkes, presented on the reasons why some organisations listen to their clients and staff and others don't. Louise also discussed a number of tips for creating a culture where the voices are heard and results are acted upon to improve an organisation's effectiveness and its services.
