Voice Project gives individuals a voice in their organisations

We leverage world-class best practices to deliver organisational surveys and diagnosis of culture, leadership and passion.

Voice Project is comprised of a team of seasoned researchers and consultants based at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

When he joined Macquarie University in 1999, Dr Peter Langford began conducting research around organisational surveying and employee engagement. The research led to the launch of Voice Project in 2002, to provide services commercially.

Starting with a staff of one in 2002, Voice Project is now ten strong and growing. We have now worked with over 1900 organisations across a broad range of business sectors and industries, in Australia and overseas.

Voice Project continues to grow, and services have expanded from just employee surveys to client surveys, leader surveys and 360-degree surveys. The research that started the ball rolling in 1999 continues, and we share our findings regularly through articles and conference presentations.
