Veronica Phung - Consultant

Started at Voice Project: 2009

I joined the Voice Project team in early 2009 and since starting, I have been involved in managing and analysing a diverse range of projects including engagement, leadership and service quality surveys. I have been involved in small and large scale projects across many different industries throughout the not-for-profit, public and private sectors. I particularly enjoy working with clients in the private sector and helping them to understand the value of ensuring that the voices of their employees are heard.

I have also been involved in many organisational development initiatives within Voice Project. I successfully implemented a Customer Relationship Management software for Voice Project and have also contributed to sales and marketing initiatives through organising breakfasts, initiating rebranding efforts and conducting internal service quality surveys. I am also a member of our People Team, and I have been responsible for developing a Training Needs Analysis and an Exit Interview to be used ongoingly for development purposes at Voice. I am also involved in regular recruitment and selection initiatives at Voice through conducting interviews and psychometric assessments, and I also help co-ordinate staff training and development efforts.

I am currently in the final year of my Masters degree and work 4 days a week with Voice Project.

  • Masters of Organisational Psychology candidate (Macquarie University)
  • Bachelor of Arts - Psychology (Honours)

Professional Affiliation

  • Provisionally Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
