Sebastien Berlioz - Consultant
Started at Voice Project: 2010
Since starting at Voice Project in late 2010, I have been involved in a diverse range of projects for clients within the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I have primarily been responsible for the design and analysis stages of engagement and service quality projects. As a member of Voice Project's sales and marketing team I have also overseen the coordination our May 2011 breakfast events along with other internal projects aimed at promoting the wide range of current and new services which Voice Project is specialising in.
I currently work full time at Voice Project while also partaking in a Masters of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University part-time. I hope to become fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia in the near future. My main research interests to date have centred on the biases which effect performance appraisals within the workplace.
