Nick Vrisakis - Senior Consultant
Started at Voice Project: 2006
I currently have 20 years experience in the area of organisational psychology. I was an Army psychologist for 9 years working in a variety of roles including selection and assessment, research, human factors and counselling. I subsequently worked in pilot selection and research at the Australian Defence Force Pilot Selection Agency. I then moved to a consulting environment where my role involved the design and delivery of Assessment Centres, leadership development, 360 degree feedback and competency design.
During my time at Voice Project I have worked with a variety of organisations including those in both the private and public sector, education (both University and VET) and not-for-profit. I have led survey projects with organisations that vary in size from approximately 50 employees to those with in excess of 10 000. I have contributed to Voice Project's recruitment and selection activities as well as playing a significant role in marketing and sales activates.
More recently I have relocated to head up Voice Project's Melbourne office. My main research interest is the engagement of mature aged workers. My other interests include aviation and fly fishing.
