Nick Vrisakis - Senior Consultant

Nick has 15 years experience in the area of organisational psychology. He was an Army psychologist for 9 years working in a variety of roles including selection and assessment, research, human factors and counselling. He subsequently worked in pilot selection and research at the Australian Defence Force Pilot Selection Agency. He then moved to a consulting environment where his role involved the design and delivery of Assessment Centres, leadership development, 360 degree feedback and competency design.

Nick is a registered psychologist and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
