Michelle Barrett - Senior Consultant

Michelle Barrett (nee de Vries Robbé) has a career spanning 30 years across six industries (health, IT, telecommunications, finance, tertiary education, and personal development/counselling). During this time she worked locally and internationally (including New Zealand, USA and South Africa).

She has held various corporate roles in IT, marketing, product development, business management and change management over 15 years at Otago University, IBM, OTC and Telstra. Michelle has spent 10 years facilitating personal development workshops, including work as a counsellor. Her most recent role in the corporate sector was as a general manager at Telstra with responsibilities for change management and business process re-engineering.
