Frank Basile - Senior Consultant

Frank has five years experience in the field of organisational psychology. He received his Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, under the tutelage of Dr Peter Langford. He began his career at SHL, where he worked as both a business development and assessment consultant.

In his experience as a consultant, he has been involved in the project management and delivery of Organisational Surveys, Assessment and Development Centres, Recruitment, Competency Design, and 360 Degree Feedback.
