Em Wienker - Senior Consultant
Started at Voice Project: 2010
After largely focussing on enabling organisations through supporting the development of their leadership capability, at Voice Project I also have the opportunity to assist organisations in identifying broader organisational priorities to help drive increased employee engagement and performance. Since joining Voice Project I have worked with both Private and Not-for-Profit organisations of varying sizes to support the design and implementation of their engagement, leadership and service quality surveys. Implementing both standard and tailored surveys has been key to supporting the varying needs of my clients. I have also facilitated post-survey workshops to help organisations further understand survey results, narrow down priorities and identify possible initiatives / actions to address critical issues.
Within Voice Project I also work on a number of research and development initiatives including ongoing product and solution development, building consultant tools to support the effective and consistent implementation of projects as well as contributing to the development of client resources, such as Voice Bites.
I currently work three days with Voice Project to enable me to balance my time with a young family.

Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Voice Project I worked as a full-time Senior Consultant for Development Dimensions International (DDI) in their Sydney, New York and London offices. I predominantly partnered with my clients to design and implement complex, integrated assessment solutions to support their selection, leadership development and succession management strategies and decisions. Whilst at DDI I had the opportunity to manage large-scale, national, regional and global projects, working with clients from a range of industries and across different countries.> back to our team
