Ellie Boughton - Senior Consultant

Ellie has over 10 years experience consulting in the area of organisational psychology. Her experience includes executive assessment, leadership development, 360-degee feedback, competency design, organizational surveys, performance management and training design & delivery. In delivering these projects, she has worked extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.

Ellie is registered as a psychologist in NSW, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a chartered organisational psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
