Dr Peter Langford - Director of Voice Project

Dr Peter Langford is a Senior Lecturer in human resource management and organisational behaviour at Macquarie University. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Voice Project, a research and consulting company based at Macquarie University that specialises in organisational surveys and the diagnosis of organisational culture, leadership and engagement. In 2006 Peter won Macquarie University's Innovation Award for industry partnerships developed through Voice Project. In 2007 Peter was awarded the Elton Mayo Award for outstanding contributions to organisational psychology.
