Dr Louise Parkes - Senior Consultant
Started at Voice Project: 2004
Since starting with Voice Project, I have worked with organisations across all sectors to develop and implement engagement, service quality and leadership surveys. I have managed large and complex survey projects for over 15,000 staff, such as for Monash University, and facilitated workshops with smaller organisations to develop organisational values, strategic priorities and action plans. I particularly enjoy working with Voice Project's not-for-profit clients, and have partnered with leaders in the sector to develop tools to give a voice to staff and service users with a disability.
I also coordinate and direct Voice Project's research and development activities, including benchmarking database and product development, and regularly present Voice Project research at academic, industry and public forums. My current research interests are in the area of 'Purpose' and 'Passion' - organisational culture and values, person-organisation fit and work-life alignment.
I currently work 4 days per week with Voice Project, as well as enjoying time with my family and volunteering in schools and on a NFP Board.
